We speak English and our family is characterized by a careful, detailed, friendly and pleasant attention to the guests. Located 100 meters of the central square and to single 40 minutes of Cayo Santa María. Calm, clean neighborhood. Near many facilities and tourist attractions. You can go backward in time when walking through our streets. We have internet access by wifi. In the city of San Juan de los Remedios(National Monument), placed in the province of Villa Clara, Republic of Cuba, you may find our Casal. Its wonderful location only 5 meters away from Historical Helmet and 100 meters away from the Central Square José Martí, offers the chance of getting in contact with the ancient city and its great colonial architecture from past centuries in a couple of minutes. Our Hostel is a beautiful colonial house built in 1895 keeping its original aspect in its interior and main facade. It has high ceilings and ancient authentic floor tiles. Its inner decoration suits, its colonial style give the guest an excellent comfort and absolute secured intimacy during all your stay. Villa Colonial has an independent entrance. It counts with a Hall; two large living rooms; two pleasant dining rooms for sixteen (16) guests; six air-conditioned bedrooms (each one with private inner bathrooms and hot / cold water 24 hours a day, we accept: 1-3 persons per room ) and a roomy and welcoming Patio or Terrace outdoors with porch where the guest can enjoy moments surrounded by plants and the shade of a majestic creole climbing. Terrace on the second floor and also on the third floor with bar, bathroom, tables and armchairs, decoration with plants and a beautiful view of the city just 150 meters away from the central square. We offer food service with creole meals 24 hours a day with Refrigerator to the direct service of the client, as well as to choose their favorite music that will make more pleasant their stay. The guests can request their favorite Cuban swigs at every moment, as the Mojito, Daiquirí, Cuba Libre, among others. There is a wine exhibitor in the dining room that shows a vast variety of wine selections. We also offer secured parking services, laundry services, phone service and Internet access by wifi. At your departure from our Hostel, we may coordinate (if you want) your future lodging at any Hostel of our country as well as your comfortable transportation by taxi. We speak English. The payment will be done once you arrive your destination, directly to the casa owner. Only cash is accepted.

    Quando la casa particular è meglio del resort\nArrivo in questa casa per pura fortuna, avendola trovata libera durante il mio viaggio a cuba ed essendo invece precedentemente non disponibile. Sapevo che fosse molto rinomata, ma soggiornarci mi ha dato modo di constatarlo in prima persona. Le camere sono piccole ma ben arredate e dotate di climatizzatore. In questa casa ho potuto godere di un bagno con lavandini e doccia di marmo che non ho trovato nemmeno nei resort a Varadero pagati il quintuplo. In questa casa si può godere del miglior ristorante di Remedios. Frank per pochi spiccioli è in grado di cucinare un pesce intero per persona cotto alla meraviglia con buonissimi contorni. La casa è l'ideale per chi vuole godere dello spettacolo delle spiagge di cayo santa maria senza rimetterci troppo denaro nel soggiornare sul cayo (Remedios è a 5 minuti di auto dal cayo). Stupenda la terrazza sull'ultimo piano dove poter sorseggiare un drink immerso nella natura e nel relax. Consigliata vivamente !
